Priority Health Medicare members can access virtual care for a $0 copay, so you can get the care you need from the comfort of your own home—or wherever you are. You have the option to access virtual care 24/7 in the Priority Health mobile app or log in to your member account.3
If you suspect you have COVID-19 symptoms, or if you have a nonemergency health concern, use your virtual care options or call your doctor’s office. Virtual care is an alternative to urgent care or the emergency room and allows you to see a doctor 24/7 without having to leave home. Both urgent care and ER locations are best avoided in nonemergencies to prevent both contracting and spreading the virus and to keep from overwhelming the hospital systems.
