All Priority Health Medicare Advantage plans include a no-cost health benefit with our partner, BrainHQ. This digital training program is an opportunity to keep you sharp between the earts.
What is BrainHQ?
BrainHQ is a set of online brain exercises that can be used on a computer or mobile device. Studies show that brain exercises improve cognitive function. These improvements result in real benefits in people’s lives, from improved memory to better balance and mobility. One estimate suggested that people who engage in cognitive exercise have a 32% lower risk of cognitive decline, and a second estimate suggested a 40% lower risk of dementia. A little mental exercise can be just as beneficial as physical exercise.
How it works
BrainHQ has 29 online exercises to challenge your attention, brain speed, memory, people skills, navigation and intelligence. You can choose exercises and workouts that meet your interests and schedule or follow guidance from the personalized trainer feature. The program is designed to find the perfect challenge level for you, making the exercises easier or harder in the process.
