It looks like right now you’re not eligible to use your monthly allowance towards healthy food and produce. If your circumstances change, you’re welcome to fill out the questionnaire at any time during your plan year to see if you qualify. Please note, you may appeal this decision if you feel it is incorrect; a letter with more information on your appeal rights will be sent to you soon.

Don’t forget you still can use your $15 monthly allowance to purchase drugs and health related products not requiring a prescription, such as cold and allergy medication, eye drops, vitamins, pain relievers and more.

As a reminder there are multiple ways to use your card:

• Shop in-store for OTC items or healthy food and produce at Meijer, Kroger, Walmart, CVS, Rite Aid, Walgreens and more.
• Order your OTC items online. View and purchase products online any time at priorityhealth.com/otc.
• Call for OTC delivery. Call 800.688.1838 (TTY 711) Monday through Friday 8 a.m.to 11p.m., Saturday and Sunday 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. to place an order.
• OTC Mail order. Use your order delivery form (included in your catalog packet) to place an order via mail.
