You are eligible to use your $25 monthly allowance in-store at Kroger stores on both over-the-counter items and healthy food and produce.

Once your plan is effective this amount will be automatically loaded to your OTC Plus card. If you’re already a member you can begin using this allowance towards healthy food and produce on the first day of the next month.

As a reminder there are multiple ways to use your card:

• Shop in-store for OTC items or healthy food and produce at Meijer, Kroger, Walmart, Walgreens, CVS, Rite-Aid and more.
• Order your OTC items online. View and purchase products online any time at priorityhealth.com/otc.
• Call for OTC delivery. Call 800.688.1838 (TTY 711) Monday through Friday 8 a.m.to 11p.m., Saturday and Sunday from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. to place an order.
• OTC Mail order. Use your order delivery form (included in your catalog packet) to place an order via mail.
