Thank you for being a Priority Health Medicare Advantage member.

Effective January 1, 2025, PriorityMedicareSM  Ideal changed to PriorityMedicareSM Thrive Plus. This change was made automatically and there is nothing you need to do.

While the plans are similar, there are some differences. Your Annual Notice of Change (ANOC) includes important information about what’s changing with your plan. Please review the documents linked below and contact your agent or the Priority Health team with any questions.

Any changes to your Medicare coverage need to be made during the Annual Enrollment Period (AEP) of October 15 - December 7. Connect with your agent of record, or our Medicare benefit advisors, who are happy to help with your plan changes. Please call 844.814.4696.
