Now that you've enrolled in a Priority Health plan, you will receive your member ID card packet within the next few weeks. Included in your packet will be your member ID card, plan benefit info and instructions on how to set up your member account.

Until your member ID card arrives, we are here to provide you with information to help you make the most of your Priority Health benefits.

What's next?

Your member account will be the hub for all your plan information. Once you receive your member ID card and your plan is effective, you can create your member account in a few easy steps:

  1. Visit member.priorityhealth.com, click Log In, and then click Member, at the top right corner.
  2. Click on the words Sign up, located in the lower right corner of the username and password box.
  3. Create an account with the information you used to sign up for your plan. Make sure you are using the information as it appears on your member ID card. Enter the requested information and accept the terms and conditions.

Pay your premium your way

Your premium is the amount you pay each month for your health care coverage. If you've already entered a payment method, you're all set. If you're looking to make a one-time payment you can do so online or by mail or phone call.

If you'd like to set up recurring payments you will be able to do so in your member account, using either your credit card, debit card or bank information.

Maximize your coverage and fit your priorities

Learn more about the tools to help manage your health, which will be available to you within your member account:

  • Find estimates of upcoming visits and procedures with Cost Estimator powered by Healthcare Bluebook.
  • Find the right doctor for your needs and in your network with the Find a Doctor tool. After you enter your location, change All Plans to the MyPriority® HMO network or the MyPriority Narrow Network plan you've enrolled in. 
  • As a member, you'll have the option to enroll in automated billing or with one-time payments. Learn about other payment methods to pay for care.
  • Wellbeing Hub is a tool you can use to live better and achieve your health goals, no matter what they are.
  •  To help with stress, depression, sleep and more, you can utilize Teladoc Health Mental Health.
