Welcome to your next chapter

Retirement is your time to enjoy life—whether that means exploring new places, spending precious moments with family, picking up a hobby, or simply relaxing. Whatever your plans, we’re here to make sure your health coverage supports every step of the journey.

Our Medicare plans are designed with you in mind, offering:

  • Easy-to-use tools and resources to keep things simple
  • A trusted network of providers for care you can count on
  • Benefits that fit your lifestyle

Peace of mind matters as much as adventure. Explore the links below and see how we can help you feel confident and cared for, wherever life takes you.

Finding doctors, hospitals and pharmacies

While you're in the Priority Health service area, we ask that you use participating doctors and hospitals. You can search for providers in the network by using our online Find a Doctor tool. Plus, you'll save even more when you receive your medication from a preferred ppharmacy.

Care wherever you go

We know you love to travel, and we want you to feel confident knowing your coverage travels with you. If you experience a medical emergency, your benefits remain the same—whether you’re at home, in another state, or even abroad.

Your plan includes a travel benefit, so when you visit any Medicare-participating provider in the U.S. outside Michigan’s lower peninsula, you’ll pay in-network costs for care. Visit Medicare.gov to find a Medicare-participating provider outside of the Priority Health Medicare network.

Plus, you’re covered worldwide emergency travel assistance with Assist America.®

Prescription coverage

Use our online Approved Drug List to see if your current prescriptions are covered by your plan. The approved drug list, also known as a formulary, determines how prescriptions will be covered.

Over-the-counter (OTC) allowance

Your OTC benefit gives you an allowance to spend on health and wellness products like aspirin, cold medicine, compression socks, bathroom safety devices and more.

You’ll receive a Priority Health Medicare OTC card and catalog in the mail. Your card will be pre-loaded with OTC funds and ready to use on the day your plan begins.

There are three ways you can shop using your OTC benefit:

  • Order online: View and purchase products online anytime at priorityhealth.com/shopOTC or through the OTC mobile app. To download the app, search “Priority Health OTC” in the Apple App Store or Google Play.
  • Shop in-store: Shop at Costco (PIN required at checkout), Meijer, Kroger, CVS, Walgreens, Walmart and other participating store locations near you. You can search for retailers near you at any time by going to priorityhealth.com/shopOTC and using the “Find a Store” tool.
  • Call for delivery: Call 833.415.4380 (TTY 711) Monday through Friday 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. EST and Saturday 8 a.m. to 12 p.m. to place an order after reviewing the items in your OTC catalog. Have your selected product names, OTC card number and shipping information available.

Your unused OTC allowance does not roll over.

For more program detail or to place an order, visit priorityhealth.com/shopOTC, the Priority Health OTC mobile app, or call 833.415.4380 (TTY 711) Monday through Friday 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. EST and Saturday 8 a.m. to 12 p.m.

No-cost in-home bonus checkups

As a member of a Priority Health Medicare Advantage plan, you can schedule an in-home health assessment once a year. Think of this as a "bonus" checkup, intended to answer your questions and update your regular doctor.

For this assessment, a health care provider comes to you – no driving, no waiting room – and you get a comprehensive checkup at no additional cost in the comfort of your own home, the home of a friend or family member, or a location that's convenient for you. We want you to feel comfortable! You may also ask a friend or family member to be with you during your assessment.

Your participation won't affect your health plan coverage or any care you're receiving from your doctor. All of the information gathered during your health assessment may be shared with you and is sent to your regular doctor, to help you manage your care together. These visits not only help prevent health issues, they've been crucial in detecting problems before they get worse.
