Here’s another reason choosing the Smart Choice Menu is smart; employers will receive $100 implementation credit for every enrolled contract.

  • The credit will be paid out in two installments: $50 per contract at the plan’s effective date and $50 per contract at the plan’s renewal.
  • Groups must be enrolled entirely in plans from the Smart Choice menu to be eligible
  • Available to new and renewing groups with 51 or more eligible employees.
