Over-the-phone enrollment option available now

We have recently re-incorporated an over-the-phone, recorded scope of appointment (SOA) and enrollment acknowledgment. You are now able to call a Priority Health number to complete either of these steps of the sales process, while on the phone with your client. To make it easier for our agent partners, we will keep the recordings and retrieve them as needed. Please note that the enrollment must be completed by the agent. 

You may only choose to complete one action per phone call to follow the proper process of SOA, sales presentation, enrollment acknowledgement and then enrollment. This will require you to call in twice to complete the SOA and the enrollment acknowledgment. Once both actions have been fulfilled, the agent must complete the enrollment using the online enrollment tool. 

To record a SOA

  1. You must be with the beneficiary or have them on a 3-way phone call.
  2. Call the toll-free number at 844.927.0563.
  3. The beneficiary will be asked for their name, address, phone number and date of birth.
  4. The Priority Health representative will record the scope of appointment, asking for the beneficiary to verbally say yes or no to discuss each of the product types.
  5. You will receive a confirmation number. Please keep it in your client's records.

To record an enrollment acknowledgement

Note: This is not an enrollment. This is an acknowledgement of your client's decision to enroll in Priority Health Medicare. You must complete the enrollment on behalf of the beneficiary once the acknowledgement is complete.

  1. You must be with the beneficiary or have them on a 3-way phone call.
  2. Call the toll-free number at 844.927.0563.
  3. The beneficiary will be asked for their name, address, phone number and date of birth.
  4. The Priority Health representative on the other line will ask the client which plan and effective date they want to enroll in, confirm the person is aware of their decision, confirm whether or not the prospect wishes to enroll in the Enhanced Dental and Vision plan, and will read the necessary disclaimer out loud.
  5. You will receive a confirmation number. If you have completed the SOA and the acknowledgement over the phone, you will only receive one confirmation number for the two actions.

Complete the enrollment

On behalf of the beneficiary, you must complete the enrollment using the online enrollment tool. The Priority Health representative on the phone will not be completing the enrollment for you. When completing an online enrollment, remember to include your agent ID or B number on the enrollment form. If doing a plan change and the member no longer wishes to be enrolled in the optional supplemental benefit for dental and vision, please submit an Enhanced Dental and Vision disenrollment form.

You will receive a confirmation number for the enrollment.
