Take 5 with PriorityWell™
Take 5 with PriorityWell™ is a library of short (3-5 min) educational videos developed to help members engage in simple educational opportunities to support health and wellbeing.
Topics include emotional health, stress management, physical activity, nutrition, sleep, financial, career, social and community. Phase one will be ready later in July of 2020 with additional videos available throughout the year. Take 5 with PriorityWell™ gives additional benefits to current wellness programs with these targeted educational videos at no additional cost. Connect with your Wellness Consultant or Priority Health account manager for more details.
PriorityWell™ Inspire is a new feature available exclusively to our wellness customers at no additional cost. Each quarter our Wellness customers will receive branded content for 4 emails related to a dedicated wellbeing topic, that they can share with their workplace when they choose. The content includes a thoughtful quote, simple message and a daily practice. Here is a sample:
Courage and perseverance
“Success is not final; failure is not fatal: it is the courage to continue that counts.” – Winston Churchill
Courage isn’t always about feeling brave. It can actually look more like perseverance. A new concept or project can feel invigorating at the start, but bumps and hurdles are inescapable, and the newness tends to wear off. Courage is understanding that an easy street is never guaranteed. Keeping our heads up when things get hard is what perseverance looks like and that takes courage. When we stay committed to the project, we have courageously chosen perseverance.
Daily Practice: Today, think of something you’re persevering through that took courage.
Virtual Wellbeing Classes
PriorityWell™ is refreshing class content and offering additional delivery and pricing options. A library of 30-minute classes will be available late-August 2020 for current wellness customers to share with their workforce. New topics include sleep, mindfulness, financial wellness, thinking outside the box, get moving, motivation, purpose, time management, workouts at home and ergonomics. These 30-minute classes will be offered for $200 for live virtual classes with Q&A and $100 for a pre-recorded class, no Q&A. Onsite classes offered at the employer’s location will still be available at $400 per class, but during the COVID-19 pandemic, we encourage employers to take advantage of our lower-cost virtual options. Additional classes may be added throughout the year as we receive feedback from our PriorityWell™ customers.
