Agent Center updates
Earlier this summer we announced an upgrade to the Agent Center. The upgrade will allow you to update and submit demographic changes to your user profile, ensuring we have the most accurate and up-to-date information in our systems and improving your experience with us. The Center will operate on a new platform, but you’ll still have access to all the same tools and resources you currently have.
As part of the upgrade, you should have received and email from us asking you to update your login credentials. And if you haven’t received it yet, don’t worry, it will be arriving in your inbox in the next day or two. Please update your credentials immediately upon receipt of the email to avoid any interruption to your access. Once you have your new login credentials, you’ll simply log in to the Agent Center exactly as you do today.
