Agent Center updates


We informed you earlier this summer that we’re upgrading the platform that hosts the Agent Center. The upgrade will add new functionality to the current experience and make it easier to do business with us. You may have already received and email from us (and if you haven’t, one is coming) asking you to update your login credentials. Don’t worry, we’re making it easy on you to do so by pre-populating your new login with your username—your email. All you’ll need to do is create a new password.

As a reminder, here are some of the new features coming to the agent center for agent who sell large groups:

  • Large group book of business – This feature provides an at-a-glance view of your large group accounts and includes information such as the Group Name and ID, Account Manager and Sales coordinator, number of contracts and members, and effective and renewal dates. Now you can see a snapshot of your book in one convenient place.
  • Large group quote request – This step-by-step quote request feature offers an improved workflow that allows for fast submissions and even faster turnaround times. Doing business with us just got easier.
  • Visibility to new business quote request activity – Want to know the status of your quote requests? Wonder no more. This feature outlines the status of all quote requests and quotes submitted to Priority Health including In Progress, Missing Information and Submitted.
  • New business lead dashboard – Want to see how your past month has shaped up? This feature provides a 30-day summary of new business quoting activity including New, Sold, Lost, and Disqualified leads.
