(GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. — October 22, 2025) Priority Health, a nationally recognized nonprofit health plan serving more than 1.3 million members, has been named a 2026 Best Health Plan for Medicare Advantage in Michigan by U.S. News & World Report, a trusted authority in health care rankings.
U.S. News based its rankings on data from the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS), which annually rates Medicare Advantage plans using a five-star system. Using December 2024 CMS data and insights from Medicare experts, U.S. News evaluated plans based on performance and quality.

In addition, Priority Health’s Medicare plans were recently recognized as top performing by the National Committee for Quality Assurance (NCQA). In NCQA’s Medicare Health Plan Ratings 2025, Priority Health’s Medicare HMO/POS is one of the highest-rated health plans in the nation with a rating of 4.5 stars (out of 5).
Medicare annual enrollment period is underway, running from October 15 through December 7, 2025. The open enrollment period for individual and family health plans begins November 1, 2025, and ends January 15, 2026.
