(GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. — November 17, 2025) After a nationwide search, Priority Health, a nationally recognized nonprofit health plan serving more than 1.3 million members, has named Chase Osbourne as senior vice president of employer solutions & innovation. Osbourne had been serving as interim SVP since May 2025.
Since joining Priority Health in 2005, Osbourne has held multiple leadership roles, most recently serving as vice president, chief underwriter. Under his leadership, Priority Health has earned a reputation in the business community for tailored employer group health plans, including introducing new curated network options, expanding the company’s portfolio to include TPA for large employer groups and Level Funding options for small groups. These innovative solutions, along with growth throughout the Midwest, allow Priority Health to deliver flexible and affordable health care solutions.

Osbourne will provide strategic direction and executive oversight for Priority Health’s employer group business, serving small and large companies throughout the Midwest. He will lead product innovation, sales strategy & insights, client services and underwriting.
