Virtual care means using your smartphone, computer or tablet to connect to a health care provider. Whether it’s 3 p.m. and you can’t leave work, or it’s 3 a.m. and you don’t want to leave your bed, virtual care helps you get the care you need from wherever you are.
MyPriority® plans offer three types of virtual care, each designed to balance the health care you need with the flexibility, affordability and convenience you want.
Virtual care might be a good fit for you if you:
- Have a good relationship with your PCP but don’t always have time for an in-office visit
- Have an urgent health care need but can’t get to a provider’s office
- Prefer virtual visits to in-person care
- Need schedule flexibility due to work, childcare, travel or other reasons
