An annual wellness visit with your primary care provider is an opportunity to discuss your health concerns before they become more serious—and make a plan to live your healthiest life.

Do I need an annual wellness visit?

A visit every year with your primary care provider is an important check-up. The visit is included in your plan and part of the care you receive as a Priority Health member.

Your wellness visit is a good time to discuss any health problems or concerns and stay up to date on preventive care.

When you see your provider, be sure to discuss all aspects of your health. Even if you’ve had a condition for years, it’s important to talk with your provider about any changes, or medicines and tests you may need.

What is my cost for the visit?

Your annual wellness visit has $0 copay—so there is no cost to you. Staying up to date on preventive care can save you money in the long run.

Is it safe to visit my provider's office during COVID-19

COVID-19 safety precautions are in place at the provider’s office. Masks are required, surfaces are sanitized and everyone is pre-screened before they enter the building.

Keeping you safe is your provider’s top priority so don’t hesitate to schedule your visit.
