How does Signify Health work?

Priority Health partners with Signify Health to provide virtual visits for you when your regular doctor is unavailable. Their licensed physicians will walk you through your health assessment and share information with your regular primary care provider so you can manage your care together. You'll also receive an after-visit summary for your records. If follow-up care is required, it will be supervised by your primary care provider.

Signify Health virtual visits won't affect your health plan coverage or any care you're receiving from your primary care provider.
