  2. Get your flu shot before 12/31/2024.
  3. Log in to your Wellbeing Hub account to report your flu shot and claim your gift card before Jan. 31, 2025. Your Priority Health online member account gives you direct access. Log in, go to Healthy Living, then click Wellbeing Hub to access.
