Updating member COB information
Members don't always remember to share updated COB info with us. If you collect COB information for an individual patient, please document it using the Member Inquiry tool by finding your patient and updating their other insurance in the COB section.

Check for COB information
Go to the Member Inquiry tool and search for your patient. If there's no COB info there, you can add it for future reference.
