The Diabetes Prevention Programs listed below are available as a preventive benefit at no cost to you as a Priority Health member.

Take a distance learning or in-person class. Search all classes available in Michigan or contact these providers for the most up-to-date list of classes, registration details and any questions.

Participants have the option to choose from a list of workshops once they decide to participate in the program. A Diabetes Prevention Program coordinator will send a link with the list of upcoming classes after attending an information session.
