Complaints

If you believe your privacy rights have been violated, you may file a complaint with Priority Health and/or the Office for Civil Rights (OCR) at the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS).

To file a complaint with Priority Health, please call or send a written explanation of the issue to the Priority Health Compliance Department. You will not be penalized for filing a complaint.
