Participating labs

Remember to send your Priority Health member labs and pathology to a participating lab provider for processing. Lab work that is sent to non-par labs will process at the member’s out of network benefit level (ASO, PPO and POS), or deny as not covered (HMO). For a list of participating labs use our Find a Doctor tool and search for "Laboratories."
