National Alcohol Screening Day® is April 5, 2012
National Alcohol Screening Day is an outreach, education and screening program that raises awareness about alcohol misuse and refers individuals with alcohol problems for further evaluation. It’s held every year on the Thursday of the first full week of April. We encourage providers to use standardized alcohol abuse screening tools for the assessment and evaluation of their patients.
