Good news. In early May, our online patient inquiry tools will no longer require providers to supply two out of three pieces of information when searching. Member data may be retrieved by all providers based on supplying one of the following:
The more letters you type of the member's name, the faster your results will appear
You must reaffirm your HIPAA compliance
