HBCI online tool improvements

Coming this May, you'll notice improvements to our online HealthbyChoice IncentivesSM (HBCI) tool:

  • The system will allow a provider to complete the member's information in the tool before they are actually on the HBCI plan. However, providers will not receive the payment until after the member's effective date.
  • The system has been corrected to allow providers to enter data six months from the member's effective date (not six months from the date of entry).
  • There will be an icon on the member listing to identify whether or not a patient's form has been completed.
