Priority Health has partnered with a new vendor for processing HCFA, UB and
dental paper claims. As a result the P.O. Box for paper claims submission will
be changed. Please update your billing system with the following
address:
GTESS Operations Center P.O. Box 853923 Richardson, TX 75085-3923 ATTN: Priority Health Claims Effective December 1, 2007, any claims sent to our former P.O. Box will be forwarded to the new P.O. Box. This will last six months. Effective June 1, 2008, claims mailed to the old P.O. Box will be returned to the sender. If you have any questions, please contact your Priority Health Provider Representative directly or through the Provider Helpline.
