Yearly Quality Improvement Plan

Each January, the Customer Experience Committee and the Medical Affairs Committee shall participate with the development of the Quality Improvement Work Plan for the upcoming year.

Development Process
  • The Associate Vice President of Clinical Quality Improvement is responsible for the development of this plan.
  • The plan shall identify clinical care and service quality improvement goals and objectives for the succeeding year, including planned monitoring of previously identified issues.
  • A monthly schedule that identifies the specific quality improvement related activities, and individuals responsible for each activity, will be developed in conjunction with the annual plan.
  • After input and approval by the Customer Experience Committee, the Behavioral Health Committee, and the Medical Affairs Committee, the plan shall be submitted to the Quality Integration Committee for recommendations and approval.
