Program evaluation

The Customer Experience Steering Committee, the Behavioral Health Committee, the Medical Affairs Committee, and the Quality Integration Committee shall evaluate the Corporate Quality Improvement Work Plan annually. The Associate Vice President of Clinical Quality Improvement is responsible for the coordination of the annual evaluation. The Quality Improvement Plan Evaluation will include a summary of Plan quality improvement activities and measurable impacts made on the quality of services and clinical care provided by the organization. The Quality Improvement Plan Evaluation findings will be conveyed to the Quality Integration Committee and used to develop the Quality Improvement Plan for the upcoming year.

An annual review and revision of the Corporate Program Description will reflect changes and additions to the structure, personnel or committees involved in the Quality Improvement Process.
