The staff member's request is sent to a Priority Health Provider eCommerce Administrator who verifies the information, loads the appropriate Provider Group, Facility, or Practitioner ID(s), removes any tools the user does not need access to, and activates the account. If the request is approved, an e-mail is sent to the staff member telling them that their account has been activated. The username and password are not provided in the e-mail. If any information is missing, cannot be verified or is suspicious, your request is denied, and we will send you an e-mail explaining the issues. If you did not provide an e-mail address, all communication is via telephone. Deactivation due to inactivity Accounts that have no activity for 30 days trigger an e-mail to the account holder, notifying them that Priority Health will deactivate their account within the next 30 days if there is no activity.
