Get Started Guide

Find everything you need to know when your first Priority Health patient walks in the door. Here are some quick links to top pages in our online Provider Manual.

Get set up with online services

Check patient eligibility

Always ask patients for their Priority Health ID card. If they don't have their ID card, you can use the Member Inquiry tool to verify their eligibility. If they are new to Priority Health and not in the Member Inquiry tool yet, you can call the Provider Helpline (numbers below) to verify their eligibility.

Collect from the patient

To see your patient's copays, deductible balances and more, log in to your online provider account and then use our Member Inquiry tool.

Get authorizations

If you need an authorization immediately, call our Provider Helpline (listed below). Otherwise, use the forms and processes here.

Submit your claim

Go to billing instructions for specific procedures and services.

Tips for success

  • Register your account online as soon as possible, and call your provider account representative to come show you around our website and its tools: Member Inquiry, Patient Profile, Authorizations, and Claims.
  • Search smarter. When you don't know where a form or "how-to" is online, use the Search box in the upper right corner of your screen. Our Google-powered search will help you find what you need, fast.
  • For patients who have an HSA: Wait until you get the RA from us to know the exact deductible balance, because pending claims prior to yours may change the balance shown online.
