Get set up with online services
Check patient eligibilityAlways ask patients for their Priority Health ID card. If they don't have their ID card, you can use the Member Inquiry tool to verify their eligibility. If they are new to Priority Health and not in the Member Inquiry tool yet, you can call the Provider Help Line (numbers below) to verify their eligibility.
Collect from the patientTo see your patient's copays, deductible balances and more, log in to your online provider account and then use our Member Inquiry tool.
Get authorizationsIf you need an authorization immediately, call your Provider Help Line (listed below). Otherwise, use the forms and processes here.Submit your claimSee billing instructions for specific procedures and services.Tips for success
