Drugs with quantity limits

Priority Health imposes quantity limits on certain drugs, such as migraine medications.

To check for quantity limits

Go to the patient's plan formulary. Find the drug there; any quantity limits will be defined in the notes.

• View the Medicaid and MIChild formulary (303KB PDF, 115 pages)
