Emergent evaluations

Emergent evaluations are usually used to evaluate patients being considered for behavioral health inpatient or partial care or substance abuse services.

  • History of high risk behavior
  • Mental status assessment
  • Axis I-V diagnosis
  • Legal involvement related to substance-use
  • Age of first use

  • Current vital signs
  • Symptoms
  • Axis I-V diagnosis
