Vision Services

As a Priority Health member you can receive eye examinations covered by Medicaid. Vision services cover lenses and frames through participating eye doctors.

You may visit any participating eyecare provider (a complete listing of offices is included in your Provider Directory) or you can call Customer Service for locations. You may be required to pay a $2 copay per visit.

If you have questions about these services, you can also call our Customer Service Department at 1 888 975-8102. When you visit the office, show them your Priority Health ID Card.
