Persons with a chronic health condition often need to see a specialist to obtain needed care.
In special cases, a specialist may be authorized by your primary care doctor to provide or arrange all of your care. Call our Customer Service Department if you think you need a specialist to be your Primary Care Provider (PCP). They will help you submit a request. Our health management department will review your request.
