As health care costs rise, we need to look more carefully at the costs of treatment before we make our health care decisions. In these pages you can look up costs for common procedures and health services.

Costs shown include your discount
The "total cost" numbers represent the range of costs for services if you are a member of a Priority Health medical plan and you go to health care providers in the Priority Health network.

What costs are you looking for?
Hospital/ER
Costs for treating common health conditions and procedures in a hospital or emergency room.

Imaging & radiology
Costs for many of the most common imaging tests: MRIs, CAT scans, ultrasounds and X-rays.

Labs & testing
Costs for tests performed in laboratories, such as cholesterol and blood sugar tests, to help doctors diagnose conditions and choose treatments.

Physician office services
Costs for common types of visits to primary care physicians and other primary care providers.

Therapy services
Costs for physical therapy or therapeutic exercise, occupational therapy, speech therapy, pulmonary therapy, cardiac rehabilitation, and biofeedback.

We can't show every cost we cover for members, so our Medical Director has chosen the most common and some of the most expensive, too. Work with your doctor to ask how much the procedures and tests you might need will cost. You can also contact our Customer Service department for more information.
