Seeing your family's account information
Every person's health information is private, no matter what their age. Certain kinds of health information, such as visits to behavioral health professionals for counseling, will not appear in your or your child's online account.
Why can't you see all family members' information online at once?
Every family member has a unique contract number. Because Priority Health is required by law to keep all health information private, each person's account online is kept separate from the accounts of all other family members.
To see account information online:
- Access to each person's account must be set up individually, with a separate email address.
- Each person must have a unique username, which can be their email address.
- All family members can use the same password.
Children's online accounts
You will be able to see your child's claims, prescription history, and other personal health information online, and change your child's doctor, once you set up online access to the child's account.
Information about behavioral health claims, such as treatment for substance abuse, will not appear in the child's online account.
Setting up access to a child's account:
- Parents should set up access to each child's account individually.
- Enter the contract number for the child, not the main contract holder's contract number.
- Use the main contract holder's Social Security number (last 4 digits only) for children who don't have their own number.
- Choose a username and password for each child's account. You can set every family member's password to the same thing to make it easier to remember.
- Each child must have a separate email address. We're sorry, we know this doesn't make sense, and we're working to change this requirement.
