Access your account online 24/7

As a Priority Health member, you can see your account online, anytime! All you have to do is set up access with an online username and password.

Your account gives you 24-hour access to:

  • Review your claims, prescriptions (if you have prescription coverage) and costs to date
  • See your deductible balance
  • Change your primary care doctor
  • Get a free report on your health risks from WebMD® when you fill out the HealthQuotient® online health risk appraisal
  • Learn what health screenings and tests might be due for you in your Personal Health Record
  • secure mailbox where you can get private messages from Priority Health

Get access to your account online

You only need to create your username and password once! Watch this 3-minute demo to see how easy it is.

  1. Go to the Create account tool. There's a link to it below, following these instructions.
  2. Fill in your:
    • Contract number from your Priority Health ID card (each family member has a different contract number).
    • Date of birth
    • The last 4 digits of your Social Security number OR
      the last 5 characters, not counting the hyphen, of your Medicare Claim number
  3. Enter a username and password. Choose ones you will remember, since you will use them each time you want to return to your account. Your password must include at least one letter and at least one number.
  4. Pick a security question and answer it.
  5. Click Go to Your Member Center to see all your account information.

How to log in if you already have an online account

  1. Enter your username and password in the fields (boxes) on the priorityhealth.com home page.
    If you forget your username or password, here's what to do.
  2. Click the login button.

Your ID card on your smartphone

Once you've created your online member account, you'll be able to download a smartphone app to send your info to your doctor, hospital or pharmacy's fax system.

Protecting your privacy

ALWAYS LOG OUT when you are finished visiting your personal online account. Click the Logout link under the Search box in the upper right corner of the screen.
