Using your mobile account
Get your account information on the go. Just to read, or to send to a fax machine at your doctor's office, pharmacy or hospital. Our smartphone apps for iPhone, BlackBerry and Android will let you:
- View your ID card
- Find contact information for your doctor's office
- See your copays
- Fax your ID card and copay info to your doctor, hospital or pharmacy
The app for iPhone is
available from the iTunes App Store. The Android app is
available in the Android Market. The app for BlackBerry is coming later this year.
Getting access
First, you'll need to create your online account here at priorityhealth.com so the ID card app can pull your information. After that, you'll download the app and set a 4-digit PIN that you'll enter on your phone to access your ID card.
