Access your account online 24/7

As a member of a PriorityMedicare^SM plan, you can see your account online, anytime, at the priorityhealth.com website! All you have to do is register your online username and password.

Your online account gives you 24-hour access to:

• Review your claims and prescriptions (if you have prescription coverage)
  
• See your plan-year-to-date deductible balances
  
• Change your primary care doctor
• Get a free health risk report when you fill out the WebMD HealthQuotient^TM assessment questionnaire
  
• Learn what health screenings and tests might be due for you

How to register your personal account online

You only need to register your account once!

1. Click Register Now on this page or on the home page of the priorityhealth.com website. (This will take you outside the PriorityMedicare website.)
2. You'll be asked for your:
   
• Contract number from your PriorityMedicare ID card - each family member has a different contract number.
  
• Date of birth
• The last four digits of your Social Security number
3. Create a username and password you can remember; you will need them each time you want to return to your account.
4. Create a security question.
   
5. Click Go to Your Member Center to get to your personal home page and see all your account information.
   

How to log in if you already have an account online

1. Enter your username and password in the fields (boxes) on the priorityhealth.com home page.
   If you forget your username or password, here's what to do.
   
2. Click the login button. Your personal account information will appear.

ALWAYS LOG OUT when you are finished visiting your personal online account to protect your personal health information. Simply click Logout in the upper right corner.
