How to file a grievanceGrievances are complaints about service. You can file a grievance with PriorityMedicareSMwhen you have a problem with us or with our network of doctors, hospitals, pharmacies, or other health care providers. For example, you would file a grievance if you have a problem with the length of time it takes to get a prescription filled at a pharmacy, or if your doctor's office is unclean.Grievances do not apply to what drugs and services your plan covers or does not cover.
