Medicare Advantage plans combine a Medicare health insurance plan with Medicare Part D prescription drug insurance coverage. In Michigan, Priority Health offers two Medicare Advantage plans in select counties that cover you no matter where in the world you travel.

Prescription Benefits

In-Network Medical Benefits
  • Doctor Visits: $10 copayment to see your PCP, $25 to see specialists
  • Routine Screenings (mammograms, colorectal cancer exams, etc.): $0 copayment
  • Hospitalization: $50 copayment per day for days 1-5, $0 copayment for days 6+
  • Skilled Nursing Facility: $25 copayment per day for days 1-20, $0 copayment for days 21-100
  • Home Health Care: $0 copayment
  • Worldwide emergency and urgent care
