Changes to Approved Drug List TiersThe drugs on the Approved Drug List are now categorized in three tiers instead of four. The 2006 Tier 1 drugs, Loratadine, Loratadine-D and Prilosec OTC®, are not included as they are covered 100% by the plan. Generic drugs are now Tier 1 instead of Tier 2, preferred brand-name drugs are now Tier 2 instead of Tier 3, and non-preferred brand-name drugs are now Tier 3 instead of Tier 4.Premium Changes for 2007To see premiums for 2007, go to "Find a Plan by Location" and choose your county.*Primary Care Physician or other Primary Care Provider H2320_4000_4006_59 F&U (01/07) and S5857_4000_4006_59 F&U (01/07)
