Our Preferred Provider Organization (PPO) Insurance Plan, PriorityPPOSM, gives employees the greatest freedom of choice of all our health insurance plans. At the same time, it provides medical care at a lower cost than traditional health insurance.

Choose the Level, Choose the Doctors
PriorityPPO has two health insurance benefit levels: Network and Non-network. Employees coordinate their own care. Priority Health will provide local networks of doctors, hospitals and other health care providers wherever the employer has offices.

Network Benefit Level Features
Lower out-of-pocket costs.
Freedom from claim forms. We take care of all paperwork.
Low copayments. Some plans also may include a deductible.
Freedom from paying health care bills and waiting for reimbursement.
Other incentives, based on the employer's plan.
Non-Network Benefit Level Features
Access to any health care provider, regardless of location.
Return to Network benefits at any time by choosing the plan's local network health care providers.
