Improving HealthbyChoice

Priority Health is improving HealthbyChoiceSM on our website. Effective May 1, 2007, an improved HealthQuotient health risk assessment and navigation system will make it even easier to use.

Highlights of the Changes
  • The HealthbyChoice "box" on the home page is now larger and at the top of the center column, so it is easier to find.
  • A new tab named "Your Status" appears in the upper left corner of the screen under the HealthbyChoice title on all HealthbyChoice Web pages. Clicking on this tab will take employees back to their HealthbyChoice status page to check for commitments that are due.
  • Up to three goals can now be entered on a single page. This is easier than paging through multiple screens.
  • The new HealthQuotient (HQ) offers interactive reporting tools on specific health conditions and risks. Users can now print detailed summary reports for themselves and/or their physician.
  • Member commitment status will transfer to the new and improved tool, but answers to individual questions on the old HQ health risk assessment will not. If a member chooses, he or she can complete questions on the new tool.
  • We will also allow new enrollees 60 days instead of 30 to complete their HQ and goal. (This is only applicable to groups who elected to allow new enrollees access to HealthbyChoice.)
