Resources to help your patients during Mental Health Awareness Month

May is Mental Health Awareness Month, a national movement to raise awareness about mental health. We share your interest in working together to ensure your patients, our members, get the care they need.

Whether your patients are seeking treatment or simply searching for support, our team of licensed clinicians are just a phone call away – 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. When your patients call, they’ll have the opportunity to talk with a behavioral health customer service intake representative to help determine their needs by offering:

  • Details on how their benefit works, from co-pays to deductibles
  • Referrals to in-network behavioral health providers
  • Access to clinical staff for further support, if needed
