Become MAPD certified

Note: All on-site trainings are canceled. Certification sessions will be held online until further notice.

You must be certified every year to sell Priority Health MAPD plans (individual or group plans). Annual Enrollment begins October 15.

This page has been updated to reflect the new process we have for 2021 agent certification. 

Step 1 Receive email from Pinpoint

You will receive by email, the information on your own personal portal for 2021 certification. This email will come from and will be sent every seven days until you register. Please try to add this email address to your safe senders list, if possible. 

There will be an option to take Pinpoint in lieu of AHIP, Convey, etc. for a cost of $89.95 through our portal. Or, you can upload your 2021 Core Training Certificate from AHIP, Convey, or NAHU, if taken with another carrier, and receive credit for it. 

Note: We do not accept branded Core training certificates from another carrier. You should have the ability to get your AHIP certificate from the group who provided your Core Training. 

You must have an active broker ID (be currently appointed) and NPN to participate in certification this season. Please make sure that you provide your accurate broker ID number, mailing address, email and NPN when you access our portal. If you will have any new agents coming on who will need to certify, please email only after they have been issued their Priority Health broker ID. We will add them to the tool. 

Step 2 Priority Health Medicare virtual product training & testing

Once you've completed 2020 AHIP, Pinpoint or Gorman CMS certification with Fraud, Waste and Abuse training, the certificate needs to be uploaded in your portal. If you haven't completed that training, this is a requirement for certification. Please complete this training by October 1, 2020.

You'll also need training on our Medicare product offerings and pricing. You're required to attend a 2021 training class to sell 2021 plans.

  • Classes run approximately 90 minutes.
  • When you register for a training class, you will be provided the link to join the class from the comfort of your computer. 
  • You must attend the entire class to get credit for the training. 
  • You must pass your certification test after class is completed. 

Once your training has been completed, you will have the option to print a certificate of completion from the transcript link on your Pinpoint portal.
