Become MAPD certified
You must be certified every year to sell Priority Health MAPD plans (individual or group plans). Annual Enrollment begins October 15.
Step 1 Pinpoint online agent/broker training & testing
Once you've completed 2020 AHIP, Pinpoint or Gorman CMS certification with Fraud, Waste and Abuse training, email the certificate to ph-Medicareemail@example.com and include your name, broker ID and what you are sending: James Smith, Pinpoint 2020 B00000, in the subject line. If you haven't yet completed that training, this is a requirement for certification. Please complete this training by October 1, 2019. Priority Health sponsors Pinpoint training, and you can complete that here:
About Pinpoint online training:
- Cost for training is $89.95 (to get the discount, use our link and pay by credit card on the website)
- Make sure you use the same name that you used when setting up your agent agreement with Priority Health
Step 2 Priority Health Medicare Product training & testing
You'll also need training on our Medicare product offerings and pricing. You're required to attend a 2020 training class to sell 2020 plans.
- Classes run approximately 90 minutes.
- We require that you email your AHIP, Pinpoint or Gorman and CMS Fraud, Waste and Abuse certificates for 2020 to PH-Medicarefirstname.lastname@example.org.
Important: Indicate in the email header your name, broker ID, and what you are sending: James Smith, AHIP 2020, B00000
