New this year—your own training portal on our branded site by Pinpoint Global
We have sent each of our agents their own login information for Pinpoint, where all of your certification will be housed and tracked for Priority Health Medicare 2021. This is new this year, so nothing is going to be in your Agent Center account and we don't need you to email in a certificate this year.
If you have not yet logged in and elected a class, please do this as soon as possible.

As an existing agent, you do not need to re-register. Username will be your NPN and the password is the same as the one you created last year. If you cannot remember the password, use the forgot password feature on the home page. *bookmark for quick reference

Priority Health Medicare virtual product training & testing
Once you've completed 2022 or 2023 AHIP, Pinpoint or Convey CMS certification with Fraud, Waste and Abuse training, the certificate needs to be uploaded in your portal. If you haven't completed that training, this is a requirement for certification.
You'll also need training on our Medicare product offerings and pricing. You're required to attend a 2023 training class to sell 2023 plans.
- Classes run two hours
- When you register for a training class, you will be provided the link to join the class from the comfort of your computer.
- You must attend the entire class to get credit for the training.
- You must pass your certification test after class is completed.
Once your training has been completed, you will have the option to print a certificate of completion from the transcript link on your Pinpoint portal.
