It's smart to get regular screenings

Regular screenings help you catch and treat health issues early, before they become serious. Stay on top of your health with a simple at-home colon cancer screening, also known as a FIT kit.

What is a FIT kit?

A fecal immunochemical test (FIT) is a simple, noninvasive way to screen for colon cancer. Unlike a colonoscopy, it can be done on your own time, in the privacy of your own home.

What do I need to do?

Our records show that you're due for a colon cancer screening. To complete and return your FIT kit, just follow these simple steps:

  1. Complete your test. Follow the instructions enclosed in your FIT kit.
  2. Get results. Both you and your primary care provider will receive your test results so you can review them at your next appointment.
  3. Redeem rewards. You earn $25 in rewards for completing a colon cancer screening each calendar year. Once you've returned your test, go to the Wellbeing Hub in your Priority Health member account or call 855.337.8341 (TTY 711) to redeem your rewards.

Colorectal cancer is the third most common cancer diagnosis in both men and women in the United States.

No longer have your kit? That's okay too. We encourage you to contact your primary care provider to discuss your options for completing a colorectal cancer screening in 2021.
