Now that you're logged in to your personal account on priorityhealth.com, it's easy to meet the requirements of your employer's wellness program.

Clicking "Go to WebMD" will take you to the WebMD^® website, where you can:

• Take or update the WebMD^® health assessment
• Get a list of actions that your employer has set up for you to complete in this program, and see the deadlines for each action
• Go to the Rewards page to see what rewards you can earn when you complete the actions on time.
