Provider center

Recent changes

This content area appears at the bottom of both the logged-out and logged-in Provider center pages. We use it to highlight changes we've made to provider information.

  • You must make any changes to it on both the logged-out and logged-in Provider center landing pages.
  • Items are formatted with the date first in parens.
  • Use keywords. If a GERD medical policy has changed, use the word "GERD", as in:
  • If many changes are made at once, still use a keyword for each change so providers can see that there might be something they need to look at.
  • Delete items after 2 months.
